Reporting a problem
To help us fix things quickly, please include:
- The tool you were using, for example the voice recorder or MP3 to text.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Any error message shown on the page.
Please do not send us your recordings. Our tools are built so that we never need your audio, and a description of the problem is usually enough.
